Lawyer - Corporate / Charities

We have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join our Corporate team, with a specific focus on charities work. You will be w orking closely with Partners from both the Corporate and Charities teams, where you'll be responsible for advising clients on the law surrounding corporate, commercial & charity law issues applying to both incorporated and unincorporated structures.

Your responsibilities in this role will be:

• Manage a caseload, providing sound advice based on well-rounded analysis.
• Respond to enquiries
• Undertake some of your own business development / marketing

You will need:

• Exposure to Corporate or Trusts
• Experience with Charities or NGOs (professional or personal experience)
• Qualifications as either a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Drive to progress your career
