Laundry Volunteer

Description

We're looking for someone to help us sort the towels that we use for our complementary therapy patients. It's not particularly glamorous, but it's essential! Clean, fresh towels add to the overall experience of being cared for. The work takes about 2-3 hours on a Wednesday morning, where you will unpack the clean towels, put them away in the laundry room, and ensure the dirty laundry is ready to be picked up.

Responsibilities

Sort, unpack, and store the clean towels; coordinate the removal of used towels; maintain the laundry room; and ensure all laundry is ready for pickup.

Eligibility & Availability

• Volunteers must be 18 years or older.
• Each session lasts between 2 and 3 hours.
• Sessions are on-going and held on Wednesdays. Volunteers can choose morning, afternoon, or evening time slots.
• Available days include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
