Schroders is launching a two year Graduate Trainee programme in City of London. You will rotate through People & Culture teams such as Talent Solutions, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits while receiving training to build industry knowledge and professional skills.

You should graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset. The role includes exposure to AI tools and data, plus development opportunities.
