Launch Learning Coordinator, EU Launch Learning Team

Launch Learning Coordinator is responsible for setting standards and processes for launching sites, tracking metrics and reporting as well as tool development.

This role is office based; however, coordinators will travel approximately 20% to support local FCs during launch.

The Launch Learning Coordinator is going to support one or more of the team's programs (Manager and TL, PMO, Indirect Roles, L&D Readiness).

Key job responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement reporting tools and analytics to support the launch learning team
• Consolidate and analyze data from various stakeholders for comprehensive reporting
• Maintain and update metrics and reporting tools (Including Quicksight)
• Manage administrative project tasks and support launch improvement initiatives
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs, including orientation and adherence monitoring
• Create presentations and personalized training plans
• Coordinate Day 1 onboarding processes
• Actively pursue professional development opportunities
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and serve as a resource for issue resolution
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Document and analyze lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Provide on-site support through business travels to new builds, REI, and 3PL locations
• Test L&D tools and systems on-site
• Identify, resolve, and/or escalate project roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders
• Track and report on hiring metrics and training progression status
• Facilitate and coordinate interdepartmental stakeholder communications and meetings

About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Advanced proficiency in English in both written and verbal communication (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
- Relevant experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Relevant experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems.
- SQL basics.
- Experience with remote collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills.• Proficient in macros and VBA, PBI.
- Good knowledge of FC processes a plus.
- Ability to build scalable performance dashboards including numerous KPIs.
- Ability to learn new tools, languages, processes easily.
- Familiar with hypothesis driven approach for problem solving and scoping exercises.
- Any other programming language.
- Experience with working on EU level projects.
- Knowledge of the different systems the learning teams use: Umbrella platform, Cross-training tool, L&D metrics dashboard.
- Job schedule flexibility (i.e.: willing to cover rotational and/or seasonal late shift/weekend) .
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
- Previous experience in launch participation.
- Experience of working in an international large scale distribution, manufacturing or production environment, preferably having had responsibility for (hard skills) training activities - delivering trainings/ information to peers and other employees.
- Experience with hosting effective online meetings.
