LATAM Property Broker

A leading London Market insurance broker is seeking an experienced LATAM Property Broker to join a well established and growing team in London. This opportunity has arisen due to a recent team change and offers the chance to work within a highly respected international platform handling complex Latin American property risks.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the placement and servicing of LATAM property accounts, working closely with producers, clients, and underwriters across the London Market. The team handles a range of large and complex risks across the region, offering strong exposure to international placements and market facing broking.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has solid London Market broking experience and exposure to LATAM business, and who is looking to further develop their career within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Placing and servicing LATAM property risks within the London Market
• Managing relationships with underwriters and assisting with programme structure and renewals
• Supporting producers and senior brokers with new business and existing client portfolios
• Preparing market presentations, slip production, and negotiating terms with insurers
• Maintaining strong communication with clients and international partners

Key Requirements

• Previous experience handling LATAM property or international property accounts within the London Market
• Strong understanding of London Market placement processes and insurer relationships
• Ability to work independently and contribute immediately within a busy broking team
• Spanish language skills highly advantageous
• Professional, proactive approach with strong long term career ambitions within broking
