LatAm & Caribbean Property Insurance Lead

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Head of LatAm and Caribbean for the Direct & Facultative GB business unit, reporting to the Head of Facultative GB. You will lead the LatAm and Caribbean team, oversee placement, retention and servicing of cedants, and drive development and conversion of new business.

You will set growth strategy, attract top brokers, manage budgets, build client relationships across regions, and work with global teams to deliver tailored reinsurance solutions.
