Your profile: Experience in the maintenance of green spaces, gardens, and landscaping in horticulture, outdoor development, gardening, or equivalent experience Technical skills for mowing, pruning, weeding, and maintaining irrigation systems Ability to plan and organize interventions on multiple sites simultaneously Experience in supervising and managing teams of technicians or landscape workers Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of quality work Good qualities and ability to maintain a constructive dialogue with clients.
