About the Role

Derek Breslin Gardens is seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscape Construction Employee to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on high-end residential landscape projects, helping deliver premium outdoor spaces from concept to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for landscaping, construction, and outdoor work who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of landscape construction
• Installation of paving, porcelain, natural stone, and decking
• Building raised beds, retaining walls, and garden structures
• Fence and timber screening installation
• Ground preparation, drainage, and setting out works
• Planting trees, shrubs, hedging, and lawns
• Operating hand tools and small machinery safely
• Maintaining clean and organised work sitesWorking effectively as part of a team to deliver projects on time

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred
• Full clean driving licence desirable
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
