LandscaperAs part of the strengthening of our technical office, we are looking for a:QUANTITY SURVEYOR / LANDSCAPERYour missions:- Carry out price studies in accordance with market realities;- Develop technical files and associated technical annexes;- Propose relevant technical and economic variations, including sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions;- Ensure clear and structured communication to the teams responsible for the execution of the works;- Support technicians during the project stages;- Participate in the meetings and planning sessions;- Write quotes and requests for proposals to suppliers;- Collaborate with our design office for project conception;- Participate in cross-functional projects to evolve our strategies and anticipate the challenges in the landscape field;Required profile:- Higher technical education (landscape, civil engineering, landscape architecture or equivalent);- Successful experience as a quantity surveyor in the landscaping field;- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team while being autonomous;- Proficiency in common tools, ideally Baubit and AutoCAD;- Good knowledge of the regional economic and social fabric;- Proficiency in English or German is a plus;- Analytical mindset, sense of detail, and ability to negotiate;Offer:In a dynamic and stimulating environment, we offer you varied and enriching activities.
