Privately owned Developer based in London urgently requires a seasoned Land Director or an Associate/Senior Land Manager ready to take a step up for their growing London office.

The developer is building approximately 500 units per annum across various areas in London, covering zones 3-6, but will consider other commuter locations if the candidate is capable of constructing apartments between 80-300 units. The product is of good quality, selling well, with options to explore PRS and JVs.

The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, be process-driven, proactive, and highly motivated to lead the land team.

Currently, there are several high-profile developments in production and planning stages. The client seeks a leader with strong contacts who can close deals effectively.
