Our client is seeking an experienced Land & New Homes Director to join their independent estate agency in Sutton. This self employed role offers the opportunity to develop land and new homes business opportunities while building strong relationships across the local property market.

Location: Sutton, SM1 1JA

Position: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Retainer Salary and Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing land and development opportunities
• Building relationships with developers, landowners and investors
• Marketing and selling new build developments
• Conducting site visits, land inspections and development appraisals
• Negotiating deals and progressing transactions through to completion
• Monitoring local market trends, planning activity and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous experience within land, new homes or residential development
• Strong understanding of the development and planning process
• Proven ability to generate business opportunities and negotiate deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the Sutton property market and surrounding areas
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
• Self motivated and capable of working independently
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
