The Land and Property Department is a key part of how they plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
Your new roleAs a Land Acquisition Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the Estates Team in the Land and Property department. Reporting directly to the Lead Acquisition Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of assisting with the capital investment programme. Your workload will be incredibly varied, from supporting the Lead Surveyor on relating strategies and national objectives to acquiring land, access and rights to help capital projects be delivered to budget and on time. In addition, alongside the Lead Acquisition Surveyor, you will also be assisting and supporting colleagues across the business by providing technical advice on various land-related matters including land compensation claims, CPO's and DCO's.
