We are currently seeking a Biomedical Scientist specialising in Histology to join our client's team in Lancashire. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.

Key Responsibilities

You will process and embed tissue samples, perform microtomy, and stain slides for microscopic examination. You will support pathologists in diagnostic reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• - HCPC registration


• - Experience in Histology within a clinical laboratory


• - Experience with microtomy and staining techniques


• - Strong attention to detail


• - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


• - NHS experience or other
