Lamination Operator: Drive Efficiency & Quality

Reflex Group, based in Telford, is seeking an experienced Lamination Operator to keep lamination machines running to meet customer specifications. This full-time role requires active involvement in maintaining a clean, safe workplace and ensuring materials are available for upcoming processes.

You will be responsible for safety within the Conversion department, operating equipment to schedule and troubleshooting to improve performance, while coordinating with shifts to avoid downtime and ensure
