We are currently recruiting x4 Maintenance Assistants to join the on-site maintenance team at the University. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to work within a well-established facilities team, supporting the preparation of student accommodation ahead of the new academic year.
Your new role
You will be working Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00am daily, alongside experienced fabric technicians in a one-on-one setup. Your role will involve light maintenance tasks across the university's living quarters, including:

• Patch painting and touch-ups
• Installing shower curtains
• Removing and relocating mattresses, chairs, and other furnishings
• Ensuring all rooms are clean, functional, and ready for student return

• Physically able to carry out manual tasks
• Able to commute to university at an 8am start each day
