Labourer -Wanted - Immediate Start! 
Hinckley Based Salary: £15 per hour

Are you a hardworking and physically fit individual?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Farm Labourer to join a busy agricultural operation in the Hinckley area. This is a hands-on role requiring a reliable, hardworking individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for general labouring duties, including heavy lifting and repetitive physical work.

- Previous agricultural warehouse or manual labour experience
- Previous experience working outdoors
- Willingness to undertake repetitive physical work
- Carry out general labouring duties as required
- Undertake heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently.
- Complete repetitive tasks to a consistent standard while maintaining good attention to detail.
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and work schedules.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues.
- Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
- Wear suitable work clothing and PPE where required.
- Be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of manual tasks.
- Undertaking any other reasonable farm duties as directed by the company.
- Be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when required.
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the company.
As Farm Labourer, you will also be expected to:
- Follow all site and farm health and safety procedures.
- Ensure all documentation is submitted to Head Office no later than the following Monday after worksarecompleted.
- Take reasonable care of your own safety and the safety of others at all times.
All employees are required to:
- Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice.
- Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.
- Co-operate fully with the company and colleagues to ensure statutory and safety requirements arealways met.
