Labour Planning & Productivity Manager

The Range, a growing UK retailer, seeks a Productivity Manager to lead labour planning across its multi-store estate. This hands-on role will embed a modern, workload-driven workforce management approach, shifting from cost-based to demand-led planning aligned to customer and operational needs.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, HR and Data teams to own labour modelling, productivity improvements and workforce planning standards, starting with a new labour model and driving ongoing
