Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Prepare analysis of labour required for mid- to long-term planning
  • Deliver the required skills and resources while ensuring compliance with relevant Working Time legislation across multiple business units
  • Apply technical knowledge and business systems; assist with testing, troubleshooting, and process mapping
  • Manage reporting, show metrics achieved and key actions required
  • Supply weekly payroll, worked hours, breakdown of skill sets, and breakdown of all absence types for both agency and Keelings workers
  • Maintain staff records
  • Review and control the Working Time Directive for mid- to long-term planning
  • Carry out monthly audits
  • Coordinate logistic transport needs
  • Coordinate and manage accommodation requirements
  • Liaise with recruitment for third-party agency staffing levels within accommodation
  • Any other relevant duties deemed appropriate by the Company
Key Skills & Knowledge
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Advanced level MS Excel
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and proven problem solving skills
  • Fast learner, ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Flexible working patterns (24/7, any five out of seven days, willingness to work additional hours if required)
  • Team player
  • Competent with PC, e mail, MS Excel
  • Existing transport licence CPC (distinct advantage)
  • One year's experience in labour planning role
