Laboratories and Cleanroom Technician

Location: London, WC1
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: £19.14 - £21.98 per hour
Contract: Temporary (potential to extend)

We're hiring a Laboratories and Cleanroom Technician to support a leading research team in London. If you're practical, safety-minded, and love hands-on technical work, this is your chance to join a cutting-edge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain PPE, equipment, and consumables
• Support cleanroom operations and ensure compliance
• Mentor new users and perform routine equipment testing
• Carry out PAT testing and assist with research projects
• Operate and maintain specialist equipment (microscopy, SEM, UV-visible, high-speed cameras)

About You

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) or equivalent experience
• Strong awareness of lab Health & Safety
• Practical, reliable, and confident working with technical equipment
