Lab Technician 3 (Front End Day Shift)

Front End Day Shift

This role is on a 12 hour day shift (7:00am - 7:00pm) every Monday to Wednesday and alternate Thursdays following a repeating 4 on/3 off - 3 on/4 off schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned tasks with appropriate safety requirements.
• Analyze and record test results and prepare written documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, glassware, and inventory levels of consumable supplies.
• Update documentation (procedures, protocols & material templates) as needed.
• Perform limited troubleshooting for laboratory equipment.
• Assist with test method validations and support process qualification testing.
• Assume and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a lab environment, including solutions and/or raw material manufacturing processes.
• Experience in raw material and finished good testing (wet chemistry).
• Eye for safety and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
• Experience in equipment calibration, IOQ, and preventative maintenance.
• Proficiency in data reporting, trending, reporting observations and out of specifications.
• Compliance with all quality procedures and advocacy for Right First Time principles.
• Ability to follow and edit written procedures for commercial use.
• Knowledge of validation principles and practices (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Proven ability to work hands on in a fast paced environment.

Experience & Education

• Typically requires a minimum of 4 6 years of related experience.
• Minimum Level6 diploma or certificate in a relevant field.
