Mon-Fri 8am-5pm- Dental lab exerience advantagous

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to work in our busy lab on a full time basis.

The Office Administrator role:

• Speaking to clients by phone, email and our in house system
• Updating daily reports
• Organising technicians' work;
• Booking client jobs
• Invoicing works
• Ordering products
• Incoming and dispatch of products
• Dealing with client queries and building rapport between yourself and clients

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a general administration role
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be confident in using IT systems. Full training will be given for the bespoke system used in the lab.
