L2 Commis Chef Apprentice

A Level 2 Commis Chef Apprentice will work alongside chefs and the kitchen manager overseeing menu planning, costing, kitchen layout, fridge and freezer management, data logging, and lunch and evening service. Under supervision, they will ensure all documentation is accurate and share college knowledge with teammates.

• Make sure all documentation is filled in correctly on a shift basis.
• Showcase what they've learned at college and give advice to others.
