L&D Project Coordinator: Training & Compliance

Cambian Group Plc in Wolverhampton is seeking an L&D Coordinator to support training delivery across the adult division. You will coordinate programmes, maintain records, monitor compliance and provide admin and QA support to ensure staff receive the learning they need to deliver safe, high-quality social care.

The role involves scheduling sessions (face-to-face and virtual), managing the LMS, generating compliance reports, and supporting audits and digital learning projects.
