Learning & Development Officer - BelfastAre you an experienced Learning & Development professional looking for your next opportunity within a busy and growing organisation?

I'm currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Officer to join a well-established, forward-thinking organisation in Belfast, supporting learning and development across a large workforce.

The Role Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll play a key role in managing training compliance, maintaining learning systems and supporting the development of online and professional learning programmes.

The key responsibilities: Managing and maintaining the virtual learning environment & LMSCreating and updating e-learning courses and modulesTroubleshooting issues with the learning platformMonitoring training compliance and producing reportsCoordinating mandatory training schedulesSupporting the design and implementation of professional development programmesLiaising with managers, internal teams and external training providersCoordinating face-to-face and online trainingSupporting compliance reporting and training administrationBuilding strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersThe ideal candidate

CIPD L&D or relevant qualification

Previous experience in a Learning & Development focused roleExperience within training, education or a similar environmentExperience using an online learning platform/ Learning Management SystemExperience developing e-learning contentStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholdersA proactive, flexible and problem-solving approachThe Package Competitive salaryAttractive benefits packageFull-time, permanent roleStrong opportunities for progression and development
