L&D Coordinator FR/DE

As an L&D FR/ALL, you manage and coordinate the L&D FR/ALL while ensuring that they have the necessary resources to develop their skills. You also ensure the management and quality assurance of L&D processes, ensuring they are compliant, smooth, and aligned with L&D FR/ALL standards. Job Responsibilities:Management of:- Processing, verifying, and validating registrations.- Ensuring that each participant meets the prerequisites.- Communicating with participants and providing them with updated information regarding their registration histories and skills.- Maintaining databases in compliance with legal standards.- Issuing transcripts.Quality Management & Audits:- Preparing, coordinating, and facilitating internal and external audits.- Providing necessary documents and responding to maintain the compliance of processes (CCT, local standards).- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the quality of continuous processes: - Collecting feedback from participants and implementing actions to improve processes and quality. - Developing new quality tools or methodologies.Profile:As an L&D FR/ALL, you have the following basic profile:- Degree X or a related field, ideally with experience in management or quality.- Experience: Minimum X years in a similar role, with experience in quality management and compliance.- Strong attention to detail and skills in quality assurance.- Expertise in internal and external audits.- Knowledge of legal standards related to the field.- Proficiency in office software (Windows, Office Suite) and LMS (Learning Management System) software.- Languages: French and German (written and spoken); English is a plus.Benefits:Our client offers you:- A permanent position within a company based in Lausanne.- 5 weeks of vacation for a good work-life balance.- A structured work environment focused on the continuous development of skills.- The opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and development of the company. jid26bd919aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
