L&D Coordinator - ERP Training & Programs Lead

Riverford, an employee-owned business, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to keep courses well organised and accessible for co-owners. You'll coordinate training for our ERP system, bringing together plans, people and schedules, tracking progress and ensuring everyone has the training they need.

You'll manage course bookings, maintain learning records, work with providers, and support apprenticeships and broader People team activities.
