KYC Risk & Assurance Lead, Senior Onboarding

IG Group seeks a Senior Manager for KYC Risk & Assurance to lead the new first-line function, overseeing onboarding quality, EDD decisioning and continuous improvement across KYC lifecycle. You will manage three staff across the UK and Poland, partnering with second-line Compliance while maintaining first-line ownership of standards.

You will work from the London office at least three days a week, shape risk-based QA, escalate complex cases and drive governance reporting to senior management.
