KS3 Cover Supervisor Stratford upon Avon

Justteachers are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Cover Supervisor to support a KS3 SEN school by providing classroom cover and wider support across the school where needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact in a specialist education setting while supporting students to achieve their full potential.

• Provide classroom supervision across KS3 lessons
• Deliver learning activities prepared by teaching staff
• Support students with EHCPs and additional learning needs
• Help create a structured and supportive classroom environment
• Respond appropriately to behavioural and emotional needs
• Support staff and pupils across different areas of the school as required
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and school values

• Previous experience working with SEN students preferred
• Good understanding of behaviour management strategies
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to start ASAP
