We are pleased to be working with a specialist SEN provision in Colchester who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to work across KS2 and KS3. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing environment where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to achieve their potential.

The successful SEN KS2/KS3 Teacher will:

Hold QTS or equivalent

Have experience working with children with SEND (ASC, SEMH, MLD or similar)

Be confident planning and delivering differentiated lessons

Bring patience, empathy, and a positive approach to behaviour support

Be committed to helping each learner progress academically, socially, and emotionally
