Job Description
Position Overview

Korean Speaking Client Liaison Consultant at a dynamic and highly regarded legal team in the City of London. This role involves managing case files, providing administrative support, serving as the primary contact for clients, and contributing to the business development of the Korean Services team.

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: London (City of London)

Salary: £25-30k per annum, depending on experience, plus good benefits. Start: ASAP.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. Hybrid model (currently 3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Business Development Teams and lawyers to onboard new clients / new matters and ensure onboarding process is completed quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage case file administration, ensuring all documents are properly organised and filed.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, dealing with enquiries promptly and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Translate advice between English and Korean as required.
  • Prepare proposals, weekly newsletters, and other sales and marketing materials.
  • Organise and participate in legal seminars/webinars and other marketing or networking events.
  • Maintain client data, documents, files, and reports for the Business Development team.
  • Work with accounts team to ensure invoices are accurately prepared and sent promptly.
  • Cover holiday/sickness absences for other members of the Client Liaison teams.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as reasonably required.
Ideal Candidate
  • At least 2 years' experience in a client focused position in Korea or the UK.
  • Knowledge of UK or Korean law (desirable).
  • Fluent/business level written and spoken English and Korean.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to organise events and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with other staff.
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with good attention to detail.
Eligibility and Visa
  • Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner, YMS, Graduate.
  • Not eligible: Student visa, requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Visa support: Yes (possibility to switch from time limited visa to working visa).
