Job DescriptionThis PSL role is central to maintaining technical excellence and thought leadership across the firm's charity law practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring legal and sector developments and providing timely internal updates
- Drafting and maintaining precedents, tool-kits, and guidance materials
- Responding to legal queries and supporting internal training programmes
- Contributing to client-facing content such as webinars, alerts, and events
- Supporting knowledge-sharing systems and firm-wide knowledge initiatives
- Engaging with external bodies such as the Charity Law Association
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in charity law, including governance, regulation, and fundraising
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- A passion for knowledge management and legal education
- Prior PSL or knowledge management experience is desirable but not essential
- A competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £100,000, depending on experience.
