KMMS seeks an Administrative Assistant to work as a member of the KMMS Operations Team, providing an accurate and effective central administrative support function across the breadth of KMMS activities. You will provide front facing support to KMMS staff, focusing on staff recruitment, onboarding and induction. In this role you will support line managers and the senior team in creating recruitment documentation, scheduling and diarising interviews, onboarding new staff, and performing both in person and online inductions.
The role holder will also contribute to general Operations Team activities, including supporting facilities and health and safety tasks and providing feedback on the development and implementation of efficient ways of working. The Operations Team regularly supports wider School events and activities, such as staff training, development days, Multi station Mini Interviews, Objective Structured Clinical Examinations, and improving the overall staff experience.
As an Administrative Assistant you can expect to be involved in:- Supporting the onboarding of new staff, carrying out in person and online KMMS School inductions and training to ensure staff are effectively supported.
- Providing efficient administrative support to students, staff and external colleagues, ensuring all contacts have a positive impression of KMMS.
- Managing scheduling and servicing of regular committee meetings and other ad hoc meetings, diary management and minute taking to accurately record actions and outcomes.
- Educated to GCSE in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
- Strong customer service experience and a commitment to delivering a high quality service.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with experience of administering complex processes including tracking data and monitoring progress.
