Our team ethos promotes patient centred care, efficiency and a culture that values, enables and develops our staff.

Our Values

We are looking for warm, reflective, innovative individuals who want to make a difference. We seek people who share our values: respectful, kind, curious, collaborative, efficient, forward thinking and trauma informed, and who embody these values in their day to day work.

What You'll Do

As part of our geographically based teams (City, Shire and Moray) and specialist CAMHS Hub, you will deliver 1:1 work, family work, group work and specialist work streams. You will take part in early intervention, contribute to departmental research/audit, engage in local and national teaching/training and support the dynamic service undergoing national developments. Treatment approaches are eclectic with modalities such as schema focused work, CBT, IPT, Systemic Family Therapy, FBT, ACT, EMDR, psychotherapy, play therapy and pharmacotherapy.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Undergraduate Psychology degree and an MSc in Applied Psychology for Children and Young People, or an MSc Psychological Therapies in Primary Care with extensive therapeutic experience within Children Services.
  • Previous clinical experience working in CAMHS or with children and adolescents (essential).
  • Experience working collaboratively with other professional groups and partner agencies (desirable).
  • Demonstrable research/audit experience an advantage.
What We Offer

Our supportive line management, peer group and multi disciplinary supervision structures support professional reflection and growth.
