Kitchen Team Member: Learn, Create & Thrive in Pub Kitchen

The George, Rugby, part of Stonegate Pub Company, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member or Kitchen Porter to support daily kitchen operations, assist the Head Chef with orders, stock checks and hygiene, and help maintain equipment.

You will produce high-quality dishes to specification, keep the kitchen clean and hygienic, contribute ideas to improve performance, and work with the team to hit targets. A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn are essential.
