Kitchen Team Leader: Path to Head Chef & Training

Premier Inn Keswick is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and own the kitchen operations, including food quality and hygiene, to build skills for future advancement.

The role is hands-on and focused on leadership with opportunities to progress towards Head Chef. 20 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour, located at Keswick, Cumbria.
