Kitchen Team Leader: Path to Head Chef

Premier Inn Basildon is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place orders, lead the team through busy services, and keep everything audit ready. You'll work closely with the Hotel Manager to take full ownership of the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene, and develop toward Head Chef.

This hands on leadership role is designed to build your skills, with 30 hours per week and pay up to £14.31 per hour.
