Kitchen Team Leader: Path to Head Chef 30h/w

Premier Inn Market Harborough is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to manage the kitchen day to day, including rotas, ordering, and leading the team through busy services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and take ownership of food quality and hygiene, with a path toward Head Chef roles.
