Kitchen Team Leader: Lead Service, Grow Apprenticeships

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensure quality and consistency, and support the team during peak service. You will model high standards, foster teamwork, and uphold safety and hygiene requirements across all shifts.

In this role you'll motivate staff to maintain exceptional portions and presentation while adapting to service pressures and allergens controls. This is an on-site position within a well-known hospitality group.
