Kitchen Team Leader: Lead Service & Quality

Premier Inn Porthmadog is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for a 30 hour week, paying up to £14.31 per hour. You'll run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place orders, and lead the team through busy services while ensuring audit-ready standards.

Work closely with the Hotel Manager to own food quality, hygiene and cost control, with a clear path toward Head Chef as you grow your career with us.
