Kitchen Team Leader: Lead Service & Grow Toward Head Chef

Premier Inn Marlborough is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the Marlborough kitchen, manage rotas, place orders, and lead the team through busy services. You'll work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure food quality and hygiene, while building skills toward more senior kitchen roles within the UK's leading hospitality group.
