Kitchen Team Leader: Lead, Mentor & Craft Great Dishes

Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Chanter kitchen in Edinburgh. You will coach and mentor the team while ensuring high standards of food knowledge, safety, and hygiene across the brigade.

You will lead food preparation, maintain quality to specification, and step in for the Kitchen Manager as needed, with opportunities to develop skills and career progression within a dynamic pub group.
