Kitchen Team Leader: Lead High-Volume Park Kitchen

Away Resorts is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, drive high standards and inspire the team to deliver great food for our holiday guests. You'll manage shifts, ensure prep, cooking and service meet our exacting targets, and keep spirits high during peak times.

You'll work closely with line chefs, kitchen assistants and management to control stock, margins and safety, while coaching team members to develop their skills.
