Kitchen Team Leader: Lead a Craft Kitchen Flexible Hours

Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for Minster Tavern in Ely. The role involves coaching and mentoring the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food knowledge, safety, and hygiene, and supporting the Kitchen Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will lead by example, help plan menus, manage stock, and drive the brigade to meet targets while maintaining a welcoming, home-like pub atmosphere for guests.
