Haven is seeking a Kitchen Team Manager to lead a busy kitchen, delivering top-quality meals and service. You will be hands-on, coach staff, manage budgets and resources, and uphold health and safety standards across the team.

You will motivate a large kitchen team, drive guest satisfaction, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Level 3 Food Hygiene is desirable; strong leadership and communication are essential.
