Kitchen Team Leader: Build Your Path to Head Chef

Premier Inn Carlisle (M6 Jct 44) is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for 30 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour. You'll run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services, with close collaboration with the Hotel Manager. A hands-on role designed to build skills toward Head Chef.

You'll own food quality, hygiene and cost control, shaping menus from hotel breakfasts to classic pub dishes while developing your team and kitchen operations.
