Job Summary

As a Part time Kitchen Team Leader at the Carpenters Arms, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen that you can be proud of, master the menu and train the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your chefs and kitchen team to deliver food that you can be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Ensure your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
