As Kitchen Team Leader at the Broughton Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu, serve great food, and train great people.

What will I be doing

• Train and inspire your chefs and kitchen team to deliver food you can be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
