Kitchen Team Leader - Path to Head Chef

Premier Inn Rugby North (M6 Jct1) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders, and lead the team through busy services. You'll own quality and hygiene in partnership with the Hotel Manager and build skills toward Head Chef roles.

Pay rate is up to £14.31 per hour, 30 hours per week at the Rugby location. This hands-on leadership role offers real career progression in our kitchens.
