Kitchen Team Leader - Lead, Train, and Grow to Head Chef

Premier Inn Christchurch East is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders and lead the team through busy services. You'll work with the Hotel Manager to own the kitchen, maintain quality and hygiene, and build skills toward Head Chef.

The role is 30 hours per week with a pay rate up to £14.31 per hour, offering hands-on leadership and real career progression in Whitbread's UK hospitality business.
