Kitchen Team Leader - Lead Service & Growth Path

Premier Inn Ashford North is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader in Ashford, Kent. The role is 30 hours per week with pay up to £14.01 per hour. You will run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders, and lead the team through busy services, while ensuring audit-ready standards and close collaboration with the Hotel Manager.

You'll own food quality, hygiene, and stock control, while developing skills to progress toward higher chef roles within Whitbread, the UK's leading hospitality group.
